SHIPPING:
Because we do eco-friendly production-on-demand on most items, please allow 14-21 days for your order to ship. This allows us time to sustainably produce your garments. Once your order has shipped, depending on your location and shipping method, please allow 1-5 days for it to arrive. You will be provided tracking information to monitor shipping status.
No P.O. Boxes, please.
RETURNS:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return and/or exchange after your order has been delivered. Please note that items being returned/exchanged cannot be damaged, worn, washed or contain any odors that indicate use. Order must also be in original packaging. We are not responsible for shipping/duty fees for items being returned. Items that are on sale are Final Sale merchandise and cannot be returned. At times, we also sell original archive pieces - these items are sold in as-is condition and non-returnable. To initiate a return/exchange or in the rare event that there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us at info@LindyFox.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
